As our fairings and other products are individually made, we may at times experience a backlog of orders. If this is the case, you will be notified within 24 hours of your order that the item is back ordered, and you will be given an estimated time of shipment.
All personal information, such as name, address, phone, e-mail and credit card information is kept strictly confidential. If you have indicated that you wish to be on our mailing/e-mailing list, you may be contacted occasionally regarding upcoming promotions, new products, or other information relating to your interest in Dragonfly Cycle Concepts' products. Photos of customers and/or their motorcycle will be used on the website and in promotional material with permission given by us being sent the information.
One and two-tone paint colors will be applied to match the make, model, year, and original factory paint color(s). Keep in mind that fairing paint color will not match if paint on bike is faded. Before we apply striping, we will contact you for color matching and design considerations.
For any item damaged in shipping, Dragonfly Cycle Concepts will help as much as possible in damage claim filed with carrier. Manufacturing defects claimed must be proved by photo and phone call claiming such defect. Upon approval of any damage or defects, please first call Dragonfly for a Return Authorization at 714-742-6858. Returns without an RA number attached to the outside of the box will be refused. On the inside of the box, please also include information as to the reason for the return, including any invoice number or e-mail correspondence paperwork. Download our warranty form. No item may be returned once it is installed or used for any length of time. For items which are returned, but not found to be defective, there will be a 20% restocking fee (50% for custom-painted items) and shipping charges will be reversed and charged to customer's credit card.
